Try rewriting the poem like shown below. It will help improve the flow of the poem and makes it easier to read. There were also a few correction that were need I showed them by using these (). Other then that I liked it

"I'm no longer you. I'm on my own.
I was once you, the girl who thought
no one could love her,
ever want her, or (think her) pretty.

The girl who lied there crying
with all the pain trapped around her.
I got to let you go so you can stop haunting me.
I've learn that (I'm) stranger then I was
and I can forget you now.

I can leave the person I was behind
in the past where she belongs.
YOU NO LONGER OWN ME!!!
For I've found someone who could love this unwanted girl.
Now she’s not unwanted anymore.

Someone who will hold her,
shield her from the pain starting to trap around her.
I'm no longer you and I no longer will."

Very good. i love the emotion in this... and i love what it means.. you giving up your old self, letting go of your pain that haunted you for so long. a new you has been reborn and i love it. good job
