I believe things happen for a reason.
Which is why I always think of that one winter season.
Never until then, have I believed in love at first sight
but something about you, just felt so right..
I didn't know anything about you. Not even your name.
But I saw you, I was so glad I came.
It wasn't long after until you were head over heels for her
She knew how much I loved you, everyone did i'm sure.
But soon you two ended, I felt like I had a chance
but I don't know what I was thinking, it was like I was in a trance.
But that one special day, a day I will never forget
had to be one of the bests. One of the best ones yet.
You made me feel special when you asked me to be yours
but it lasted about two weeks. Then we were torn.
You made me feel hurt. You broke my heart
I felt like I was being torn apart.
A couple months later, it happened again.
we had feelings for each other, instead of being just friends.
you made me so happy, you made me smile
But it was only happening for a little while.
After several months of feeling loved,
you got with her.. which was too much..
I couldn't handle it, you are so much better than she is.
but I'm obviously not good enough for you because she's yours.
So when will end? The love, the pain?
Because its all just going to happen again and again.
