but not nameless

If it gets your name out there
it can't be that bad
if it gets you 15 minutes of fame
to make you your name

Surgery and diets
anything to be pretty
but nothing is real
it's all to conceal

The real beauty is inside
but nobody wants that
they leave behind humanity
