I haven't cut in 2 weeks but, the urge is still there; i can feel myself giving in. . |
Sweety, I was a cutter since I turned four years old and trust me it was EXTREMELY hard to quit. But, I quit just the same. I had some massive urges to just grab a kitchen knife, but I got through it. And, well, the urges started to fade away. My life seemed to get better and that was enough to make me stop. I stopped because my love asked me to and I did it. I haven't broke my promise to him. If you need to talk to someone about what is troubling you...you can always talk to me. I am always here cause I have nothing better to do. Well take care Hun! ~Nikki~ <3 |

Honey, I was a cutter for nine years and I've been clean for 10 months and the urges are still there. At some point they will leave you just have to hold on till then, I'm still holding on. You need to find something that gives you a reason to stay clean. If you ever need to talk, I'm here. Trust me I'm still going down that road too. |

Urges will come, do not give in. I believe it must be beautiful to look back at your past without any scars and have the pride to say, "I made it." |
