For All The Lost Souls!

by Jack Nightengale   Feb 5, 2011

Theirs a castle up high,
Somewhere in the sky.
Above the clouds with all our dreams,
filled with love and joy, topped with ice cream.

This castle belongs to the souls that are lost,
The love and friendship it brings comes at no cost.
A family of lost souls that help each other,
Thinking of each one as a sister or a brother.

A family that was once lost but, are now found,
Helping to lift your hopes from the the ground.
Keeping faith and patching up it's holes,
This is a family for all the Lost Souls!

This poem is dedicated to the members of Lost Souls.
Keeping our bond strong and helping others.
No one and nothing is ever lost cause, Have Faith!

This poem was so heart felt. i lost both my brothers in a period of three years. one due to suicide and the other died of cancer. I've lost a lot of close friends and family and i know you definitely have to. you are such a selfless and kind person Kris and i truly am honoured to know such a beautiful soul!!

    "Theirs a castle up high,
    Somewhere in the sky.
Above the clouds with all our dreams,
filled with love and joy, topped with ice cream." that was the sweetest and most beautiful way of explaining heaven and what a beautifulplace it is. it really made me smile when i read it:) i loved the part about ice cream, it really was so divine:)

"This castle belongs to the souls that are lost,
The love and friendship it brings comes at no cost.
A family of lost souls that help each other,
Thinking of each one as a sister or a brother."- this was just such a stunning way of expressing the bond formed through friendship and how true friends become far more than just 'friends" they become like our family.

"Helping to lift your hopes from the the ground"- i don't know if this was maybe me reading wrong but i think theres a tiny error with the two "the's" - think you accidently typed it twice:)

overall i loved it, it really made me smile:)
