As I lay here,
In my room,
Starring at pictures,
Of me and you,

Remembering those days,
Of happiness and rights,
All the love we made,
On all those rainy nights,

As I lay and sleep,
These dreams of you and me,
Up all hours of the night,
Wondering if you could ever see,

Praying this all,
Was just another bad dream,
Having all these great memories,
How we were the perfect team,

As I lay here and think,
I realize it wasn't fate,
