Searching

I wonder how long it will take
It's not something that you can fake
Searching for so many years
It often sadly ends in tears.

I can't stand all this waiting
Seems like everything is fading
In this uncertainty,
Surely there is more to me?

I can't see past this long road
Its getting very cold
I always seem so lonely
I hate it when its just me

I want to be held tightly,
So please help me almighty
To find someone to love
Someone who will love me in return.
