that last line you might want to tweak a bit so it's not as... repetitively confusing, it seems to kind of cancle itself out

This poem is very simple, it's nice though and communicates honest feelings. Try to keep a steady beat when rhyming and use expressive words instead of the regular ones, like love can be an eternal fire burning or warmth in ones heart instead of saying the simple I love you. Still, it is a good poem and you can always improve. Also, try using creative tittles that would catch a persons attention.
