Remember that Girl?

by Carlee   Mar 1, 2011

Remember that girl?
She used to sit over there.
Never talked much,
With the dark long hair

Lest we forget,
her determination to succeed.
A smile like that
was one way to mislead

Her eyes never spoke more than fear and hate
But by now it's already been too late.
If only someone would've spotted the signs.
If only we could have read between the lines.

Emotions can be kept in secret.
Like how her skin she would slice
I guess the moral of the story is,
If you think you know someone, think twice.
