I am scared

I don`t think you understand why I`m scared,
why us is what I have always feared.

Why my stomach turns every time you touch me,
why I often think we`re not meant to be.

Well, it`s because I care about you,
because I sometimes feel that I need you.

It`s because you always try to make things right,
and because I can`t put up a fight.

It`s because you can always make me smile,
and when I`m tired you can make me walk another mile.

And it`s because I can`t stay mad,
when your around I can`t even stay sad.

It`s because you have the power to break my heart,
and that you decide when it`s time to start.

This is why I`m scared,
