Remember When,
You said I was the only one
To make you feel this way. . .

When we would stay on the phone for hours on end,
And tell each other how much we cared.

But once you start changing,
Is when the whole relationship changes itself.

Remember When,
I said we'd never have another chance.

When I cried because you were lying to my face.

I've been beaten down till I'm Six feet under.

But the memories are still golden to you,
If I mean so much,
Why do you keep hurting me?

You say you try so hard,
But I never did ask you.

I'm done letting you drag my heart around.
It's beaten and bruised.

I can't handle it anymore.

Remember When,
You said you would never lie to me,
And that you'd catch me when I fall?

That was one Big fat lie.

I told you to give up,
To stop trying,
