Seven Continents

by Jaymi Lynn   Mar 18, 2011

Seven continents is what I see
Each one so far from purity
Glued together on this place we call Earth
Where love comes last and war comes first.

We claim that we want peace
But go to war the first chance we get,
We fight with one another greedily
Until we have our opponents begging for mercy.

We are seven continents
Seven totally different worlds,
Each one holding insignificant countries,
That never say a word.

If seperated by sea is the
Only way we are to live in peace,
Then let the oceans come between us,
And pray that they never cease.

Let heaven stay above us,
Like calm and collected as always,
Let us try not to tremble its clouds
With our terrible barbaric ways.

Seven continents is what I see,
Each one so far from purity,
Glued together on this place we call Earth
Where love comes last and war comes first.

You really didn't see it less. Hence, Peace is what comes after strife. Anger roused with pride, pleads for war. Where focus is lost, strife is gained. Out of mercy, love is rooted. Good job, continue with the zeal!
