My smile drowns and starts to die

My smiles down and so am I

I see the world not through my eyes

As I look at love now start to cry

The whole world looks with astonishment

And sees the tears now gone and went

Something once so heaven sent

Is now somewhere so never meant

My smile drowns inside its tears

Thinking back through all the years

I remember when our love was here

Before it drowned inside its tears

Now Ive fallen to my knees

Hearing cries among the breeze

So dark amongst all the trees

All the graves surrounding me

Loves abandoned so now I see

Why its at one time abandoned both you and me

As all would gather in its gravened lot

To see that love was all we've got

But I sit alone with loving thoughts

As no one cares, they've gathered not

Then from my thoughts I start to think

Of memories, of everything

Love was raised like me and you

A family like a dream come true

The same dreams love never knew

All the nights just sleeping through

Love grew up so perfectly

As every step it took was true

Then one day love got stepped on

Just like love has once stepped on me and you

Loves been patient Loves been kind

But everyone must break some time

All the yells and all the screams

All the words we never say

The time its parents woke to find that love had run away

Run away so very far so far inside the bleeding dark

And by the end, love surely had found the streets to start

All these things that love has done just to avoid a broken heart

So wild love ~ it surely was

All the reasons for what it does

And so those families have been destroyed

But you cant blame love for the way it was

The broken hearts that loves endured

The hearts disease that wouldn't cure

Only memories of being pure

Living life so unsure

Living through the darkest nights

For too much sun shined in the day

Blinded by what it thought was right

But forevers lie has gone away

And still it found a way to make some dreams somehow come true

Loves been a best friend like it once has been to me and you

Loves been there the whole way through

But now it seems were dying too

As love one day could not go on

Life's a bridge that we cry upon

And now I cry for a love thats died

As all else just wonder why

Soon to follow all of you and I

From the bridge I stand with fallen eyes

Life's too hard to survive

Without our love in our lives
