This is SO sad and I know exactly how you feel. My grandmother remarried though and the man she married is trying to replace my grandfather. I yelled at him saying 'I have one grandfather and one grandfather alone and that is the amazing man that is trying to be replaced by you!!!! You are not worthy to be with my grandmother...only he was!!!'
And I ran down the hall crying. I was extremely upset that she married that man, but when I got a call saying that my puppy went pee on him...let's just say I was laughing on the floor.
