Thick

by Sunshine   Apr 8, 2011

Worn and woven,
this face he paints
on his door.

And she-
an artist that seeks
novel structures, believes
that this character that
represents his address,
has been dying still
for decades now.

His creativity,
is thick;
so is her vision.

However,
she has the most stupid paintbrush,
and the dullest tints that he
requires.

Another deep and unique piece that leaves the reader pondering. Great word choices and awesome imagery. Beautifully sad.

This is so imaginative and beautifully expressed...I feel so much can be thought about when pondering this piece as well as every perspective. I feel his memory is so strong in her mind and so awakened, she tries to paint him back or at least his mind, but he requires too much of what their relationship never had...maybe :O

Intriguing write, simple yet profound words. great girl!

This takes poetry to a new dimension for me and I doubt many will perceive its full depth in one reading

    Baby baby baby! Oh!
I adore What you have done here..... He the imagination and you the artist...
Somehow I got the image of a man standing and lady painting him...hhaahah...:)
I liked that the poem wasn't too complex...yet complex enough to make it beautiful.
    Very Creative. :)
