I ask God

I ask God to be there
when life gets you down
I ask God to help you
cause I cant be around,

I ask God to watch over you
and keep you warm and safe
I ask God to protect you
and give you some faith,

I ask God if something has to happen to you,
That He would allow me to take your place,
No matter my cost, live or die
you will always be safe

Yes, I would give my life
so you could live yours
I would make this sacrifice
so you could have more

This is my prayer,
what I ask every night,
whether I live or Die.
