A place once we called our own

by unwantedsoul   Apr 15, 2011

Sitting alone
in this place once we called our own
cold breeze of wind blows
making this place where oblivion flows

memories, promises and dreams
fades to nothingness, became a silent scream
now broken, hurting inside
how long can i take it before i lose my mind

in my head there's someone whispering
"move on or start dying"
same words day by day
how can i make it go away

now i surrender to those words
time to stand up and rebuild my world
for in this place once we called our own
no place that i can go that i can call my home..
