Pink/red for the color of her eyes
after she cried those lonely and terrified tears,
For what they left behind,
Was nothing but a smear.
Grey for the sky,
Because you broke her heart,
But why did you,
for she was beautiful and smart.
Black for her heart,
For she will never love again,
Yet you stand their and laugh,
At her misery and pain.
I wrote this for a friend, after the abuse she went through, she had a lovely smile, but was very sad under her mask, she let it slip with me, and shared her sad memories with me, i hope to re-do it again, but let me know what you think of the first draft. thanks xx
