Do I see a new poem :] why yes. Yes I do. A what a lovely poem it is. I can never do poems like this all my shapes would be a box lol. I thought this was very well written and I enjoyed every word of it. The last line was my favorite. Gives us all a little piece of you. I would nominate but I think I'm out of votes and something tells me you aren't "cool" enough to win yet. If you get the joke :] Keep writing deary. -Nik

I loved reading this. You are definitely a true poet. I write to let out emotions but you have mastered the art. A very good job.

This was amazing! I have always tried shape poetry and have realized it's just not something I can do, so I always admire the ones I do see, especially when done so well, so effortlessly.

I love the way it was drawn out, so much passion I can feel through your music/poem. The ending about the duet being a man and his instrument was truly inspiring and definitely interesting. Something I've noticed about your poetry is you take things to another level, one people wouldn't generally think of. It's incredible.

Wow, this was truly the most unique piece I've ever read. Like I've read a lot of peoples poetry on the site over the years and their words portray really deep and vivid imagery but the fact that you literally incorporated the imagery of the guitar into this is seriously incredible and unique!! you really have a gift:)

Before reading this, I immediately saw a pattern that made me think of frets.

And then as I read, I found myself relating to what it feels like for musicians, as they perform.

"Fingers tremble to make sensible sound waves...touch hearts minds spirits in all"

I feel like this whenever I sit at my piano or have my beloved Black Betty (my alvarez) in my hands...

I love how you make reference to how everyone seeks reprieve from everyday bullshit. (shallow whispers dripping from the mouths glossed with ignorance)

The end, especially, is what sealed the deal for me, only two lines, but well delivered...

And now, I am just one more person that has fallen in extreme like with this poem. lol.

    This was fantastic!
