No More

by Dallas Boggs   May 6, 2011

No more crying, no more pains,
he'll be gone when it rains.
No more hugs and kisses too,
forget the things he said to you.
No more waiting for his love,
let him go, just like a dove.
No more broken heart left to mend,
he's still here, just as a friend.

You might want to change ne in the second verse to be and meand in the seventh to mend. I really liked the flow and rhyme of this short yet powerful poem. The repetition you used underlined the message really well. Keep it up!
