Palm Beach

I will owe you all a huge face palm
If throughout this season all is calm
And global warming builds no storm
Hurricanes don't stray from the norm

If June and July comes and goes
Without a threat everyone knows
August and September won't pass
Void of a system bound to amass

I will be happy to miss this forecast
As I have many times in the past
If nature is loving and ever so kind
I will be so glad to just say never mind

    I like how in each stanza, all the lines rhyme. :) Usually, that gets tired (if it is forced), but I can tell here that your rhyming isn't forced.

    I enjoyed the poem. :-) There's humor in it as well, which is always good. :)
