Judgment Day

by Gravity   May 22, 2011

No longer did god love mortals.
His faith in them was fading like heat in winter.
God would weep tears of misgiving, and they would fall to the earth in forms of malignant spirits.
They were sent to sabotage humanity, despoil of all infants who where yet to be born.
The angels stood by god with love and faith that could burn the world itself.
Except one, he still cherished humans, believed in them when god did not.
He stood against vast numbers of the possessed to protect one who held the last child of the world.
The Earth was overshadowed with mourning and grief.
When the baby was born, god could hear its cry, it annoyed his ears.
So he sent an archangel.
The two fought, making gust, and typhoons.
When the swords met, thunder would upset the sky.
Their wings, glistened in the rain, their armor shined in the dull lit light.
They moves so fasted, they blurred, until one fell to the earth, with a sword from its breast.
The other angel let out a cry, for the lost of its brother.
The baby lied in the womens arms,as she waited to see who had won.
God's desired quest was lost, and the fallen angel went on protecting the baby who casted hope to all.
