To the Dark Side

A very interesting poem that really portrays the human mind. Though we ought to seek the light we are naturally drawn to the darkness. Your words are strong and the poem in all is very simplistic, which gave it a strong foundation that is easy to understand and relate to. The poem flowed with ease and though this poem was short, the message was clear and strong. The dark can be so nice but at the same time
it can envelope you into its abyss..a chilling read after a serene start...take care.

funny how something so calm and peaceful could be so mentally destructive. this spoke to me, personally. to quote Edgar Allen Poe, "Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality."

to me this is a little too real. it is somewhat reassuring that there are others who feel the same way.
