Aha! I smell the rain, late but not lost, finally here
Drops and sprinkles to rekindle life in a barren desert
Tender green leaves give new breath to that dry trunk
delicate sprouts budding with life on every branch
Pink and white blossoms that smile and waive to all those who lost hope
No wonder an old log feels reborn again
ready to give his .... to a beautiful young flower
His heart is not yet ready to stop, not yet until he can see that lovely smile back on that exotic flower

Great opening.....I can really smell the rain,,the desert....exotic flower...you have expressed a change of season...a season of love in your and rest follows...liked how you expressed your love for nature....loved it

What beautiful images you penned, I felt as if I was there
You're opening line was perfection, it immediately got the readers interest, followed by a wonderful journey into nature and emotion. Excellent
