MEN LEFT BEHIND

Crushed mangled bodies
of the dead men left behind
during the horrible world wars
that were predicted to destroy all of man kind.

the stains in the soil
from a man who was once a young child
an attack of young soldiers
who are all scared and running wild.

an order is given
and like sheep they must follow
kill the enemy completely
and dig the ground hollow.

when the houses are leveled
and the flag is raised high
lest we forget
all the blood that was in the sky.
