Hidden Pain

People say "What a shame", but no one understands that i'm in pain. You judge what you see, but you don't feel whats inside of me. Look deep into my eyes and you will see,this is not how I wish to be. The pain holds me captive as I silently cry out for help. Hoping someone will see thru my fake smile and help release me.
