Never men't to be

This can't be right
we are very tight,
we are so young
and we had so much fun,
but its just not men't to be

you and me are a team
no married couple
all though you make me chuckle,
but, "what does this mean?"

But one day you leave
and I think again
I write you a letter
with my favourite pen.

but then...
you found somebody new
this time it's no buddy
you call her your hubby
and you left me with nothing to do.
