Sleep

by Coylady   Jun 14, 2011

Two candles in the dark
Skim the surface-
Where light fills the shadows
And dark things chortle-
Awaiting bastions of rays
The weaver spins deep,
Then plays his orchestra
While the charmed one
sleeps.
