Charlotte's Fame

Im leaving messages in the web to save my life,
Leaving messages in the sand to save my time.
I don't really know how else that I can show,
That I am this close before I have to go.

Im getting hungrier inside and it consumes,
More of it, then of me, am and I, I and you.
Im getting more incredulous inside of this truth,
You are more of me, than I am of you.

Im losing my patients inside this hallow room,
Losing my mind onside this page. I refuse
To pour my life onto people I don't know
But im not against watering so emotions can grow.

Im leaving messages in the web to save my life,
Letting them glisten in the morning and at night,
Like a flag in the sky it shows in the sunlight,
The true magnitude of my strife.

Im leaving messages in the sand to save my life,
Leaving them there to be brushed away in time,
Leaving them in the sand and not the snow,
So your comforting heat wont melt it away,
Ill have to be washed ashore.
