Kiss

by Love Scotty   Jun 15, 2011

I love you more than life itself. But when we kiss I feel like there is nothing there, I can't even feel your soft lips against mine. I love your hugs. I love everything about you. But the kiss are supposed to be magical and an array of fireworks. I miss you so much even though we have only been apart for no more than an hour. But next time I will kiss you I will try and make it magical, and as perfect as can be.

You're young and so your grammar and diction throw me off when reading your poetry. The potential you have shines through this poem to those who would look for it. "the kiss are supposed to be magical and an array of fireworks" the best line in the poem if you'd ask me. It clearly implies an emotion and attaches an image of excitement and happiness. Keep at it.

Good poem but the flow of it is a little off. Other then that I liked it.
