Uncover the Exposition~

Uncover the Exposition

There's beauty
Then there's treachery,
A snare taunted with lies.
I hide my emotions
By camouflaging
Any truth in my eyes.

You've tumbled
On the cloak of my heart,
Won't you unstitch it?
Scatter the glimmer
And kill the lights,
For they only reflect
The blackness I shine.

Break
This
Flawless
Defense.

Do you always
See me as a rusted
Masterpiece?
I grasp your shoulders
In the candlelight,
You respond with
Chains,
No escape for me.

Wordlessly I fall.

My own lips have thorns
The size of your wrists,
Welts upon welts
Yet you let me live on.

Fight the sleep tonight.
Wrestle these pins that
Pierce
My mind.
Find me here.
Help me defy.
Get me to die.
