Forbidden Fairytale

I always say I'm strong,
That everything will be fine
But what if I'm really wrong,
And you'll never be mine

I cannot take the chance,
Of losing you tonight
Come on, just take a glance,
At life without a sight

The rain shall dance upon our tounges,
As we parade out on the roads
The summer air filling our lungs,
The fairytale in a land of toads

Sadly life cannot be this way,
The beauty of our dreams
