A New Chapter

A new start is all I wish
A chance to escape my fate,
(But how can you change all you've built up
And put your past to waste?)

I need a way out of this forsaken world
Before I'm stuck forever,
(But what about the people, the promises you've made
Without you they'll all peril)

So I suppose I'm stuck until the end
My book shall end in tears,
(To make them happy, is that not worth it?
To stay throughout the years..)

I wrote it in under a minute in a moment of inspiration so it probably isnt that good, if you have any advice please comment.
