The structure you chose for this poem makes the message behind it really dramatic, which it actually is. The flow isn't always continious but that is alright. This is really emotional and it touched me to an extrend you can't imagine. Describings the feelings as detailed as you did gives the reader the possibility to follow the speakers situation better. All in all i think this a good poem, you should try rhyming it the next time ;)
