Oh k here's what people say, "love hurts". We all know this, experienced this, tasted the poison within our lover's kiss. Yet we continue to fall back into love's pit. Sh*t are we really that oblivious. I know I am guilty of falling prey to that curse we call love. This verse is well rehearsed. This line said over so many times. Why oh why do I give my heart away to so many lies, to so many lover's in disguise. I realized what I'm getting myself into. The hurt i may possibly feel just because I'm seeking a few moments that may possibly thrill. But see chasing moments like those may kill. Yet we still "risk it to get the biscuit" just find something that may fit in. We light sparks to start a relationship, but sparks ain't fire and relationships aren't perfect. You gotta work with what you got if it's worth it but if not then move on because no one deserves it to be treated like sh*t. Which happens a lot in this game we call love. It seems you gotta be a playa to survive the hardships that come with the everyday love life. But the playas have gotten good with toying with people's hearts because well let's face it they are up to no good. Love has become selfish. Today its about how am I gonna get mine? How are you gonna fulfill my pleasures? They have forgotten that love used to be special. Something people actually treasured. That's why so many relationships fail. That's why love's spark caught ablaze and well now love's burning in hell. It's not love that hurts. The meaning has been perverted. It's been left behind, abandoned, deserted. Replaced by something that's a good disguise. It's called lust. Do not fall for it's lies. Look elsewhere for love's innocent eyes.
