My Cold Love

by BEglen   Jul 13, 2011

You say you didn't want to see me anymore,
It was like my heart hit the floor,
You closed the door on my Love once more,

The pain of your words hurt me deeply,
As did the blade across my wrist slit me deeply,
The warmth of my love for you runs out my arm,

Will you come save me from this self harm,
The time I've spent with you makes me feel complete,
So there no need I see to stop the bleed,

I feel cold, without you're warmth
Or is it because the dark puddle that grows beneath my limp arm,

I enjoyed the one only day we woke to the morning rays,
But I fear, You will not come .
As I fear I will not see the coming of the next sun..
I'm Cold.

I Love you.

I like the imagery here... just mind the grammar. Keep it up. :)

"I feel cold, without you're warmth
Or is it because the dark puddle that grows beneath my limp arm,"

^ this part is very good, it shows the agony and portrays the title.
