Empty rain drops

by Gloria   Jul 13, 2011

I stand under the fir trees
Watching rain splattering over the streets
Felt a gust of wind
Against my face
A flashback took me to the moments
When you stood by me,watching
As i let myself get soaked in rain
I turned to you
And couldn't help but smile
At the awkward way you stood there
I knew you hated rain.
But even with water dripping clothes
And ruffled hair
You still took my breath away
And tonight again
I'm standing in the rain
But nothing feels the same
And now i realize
Probably too late
Just what i lost
When i let you go.

Behind all 'goodbye', there's welcome.. It takes sun-set, for moon to rise.. Be strong, for a good turn awaits.. Good job..
