I know how this feels. It hurts, but in the end it makes you a stronger person. I loved this poem, your emotion flowed out perfectly.

I am better off all alone
Because one day I will be happy
Like a dog who just got her bone

-i think last was meant to be lost, but this stanza shows how he really lost u this time & that you will find someone better.
