Sad Mad Eyes

by Damien   Jul 23, 2011

As she looked into the intensity
Of his sad mad eyes
She had to catch her breath
Much to her surprise

She panted shallow breaths
Her heart racing into depths
Unknowing how far to go
Not wanting it to show

The ferocity in his eyes
Made the whole world disappear
As he whispers honey words
They cover all her fears

Then she grabbed her heart
Saying, oh no, not again
But the sad mad eyes
Keep pulling her back in

The passion that arose, so sweet
One can only hold so tight
She knows she's in trouble
So why put up the fight

She released her inhibitions
Let her body be surprised
Moving through the whirlwind
Of those sad mad eyes
