There once was a cat named Callie
Who was chasing a mouse down the alley
Something flew by
That caught the cats eye
Running up the tree she made tallies

    I had to write a limerick for my creative writing class back in high school. since they have to rhyme, tallies was the only thing that came to mind. plus limericks has far as i know have a certain amount of stanza's. i wrote this poem back in 2010. glad you enjoyed it.
