Blind Faith

by Dr sarat sonowal   Jul 29, 2011

The roses and the thorns
The wind and the dust
The winter and the summer
All love each other
They are joined by the chains
The chains of faith
Blind faith

A lover and his girlfriend
A poet and his pen
A magician and his magic
Are bonded by faith

We fall
We lose
We stand to win not to lose
We have faith
Blind faith

Life is a vicious cycle
We believe so that we can live
We pray, We hope
Everything is just like a string
Its neither truth
Neither mockery
It is just faith
Blind faith

Again a well written and enjoyable read.
Its always nice to read a poem that's not negative and gives one something to think about.

Wow, this is gorgeous. This makes me want to stand up and cheer. I love poems about faith, the definition of, and examples of.

    "We fall
    We lose
We stand to win not to lose
    We have faith
    Blind faith"

^I love this. Calling faith blind is brilliant, because in truth, if you could SEE the outcome, what would faith be necessary for? It wouldn't be needed. Faith is always blind.

    Wonderful write!
