When we sit back and wonder,
whether it's true the earth do spin,
why a while ago it was the set of dawn,
yet so soon evening has arrived,
why not long before the year had began,
yet still a new year is to begin.
if you still can remember,
just yesterday a baby you were,
whenever mother left you by yourself,
tears welled down from your eyes,
and only her sweet lullabies took you to sleep,
but alas!you as well now a parent.
that dream you had yesterday,
has it come to pass?
Maybe time you thought you had,
only it has come to your realisation,
that the dream already has vanished,
while all along you were procrastinating.
when we reflect back alot indeed has happened,
most of those occurences were of our intentions,
while others were of supernatural powers,
let us all open our eyes,
and see how fast time flies,
then maybe,we'll live with no regret,of what we'll be tomorrow.
