Some good metaphors and imagery there!

I think this poem is about finding yourself and giving yourself to God for the first time. Being pulled out of the darkness and into the light.

I love the rhyme scheme, and how you use the exclamation marks to emphasize some parts, brings power to the piece!

Very nice wording here...I love the layout which helps make it more inviting and interesting...and the power and the use of exclamation marks like Hannah said, really brings out the strength in this piece
