Fogged Lit Night

I lay here...
Under the midnight sky.
I stare at the stars
And wonder if your looking too.

They sparkle and shine,
And lit the night.
This is where I want to be tonight.

The moon is up,
With a tint of fog
Just so the stars can still shine through.

It's not too hot, it's not too cold.
It's a perfect night...
And my breath leaves the air.

I think I'll sleep here,
Under the sky.
Dreaming that I can fly.
I lay here...
With just the right amount of fog.
Just so the stars can still shine through...
And I may be with you,
Under the moonlit sky.
