Story of My Life

by Owner of an Untamed Heart   Aug 5, 2011

She was the daughter of a multi-millionaire
He was the son of an artist in despair
Her father drowned her in clothes from Coco Chanel
His mother and him always lived in a motel

Fate between them couldn't have been more coincidental
At a party, he brushed her arm so gentle
She was startled at first but of course she let it slide
She thought "I might as well enjoy the ride"

So they go out on little dates
She teaches him to ride on skates
Her teaches her that without money, there is bliss
And after two months, they finally kiss

Where are they ? Probably about to get married
The thought of kids always varied
But last I heard, she was having kids
Nine months later, she soon had twins

She's the daughter of a multi-millionaire
He's the son of an artist in despair
Their kids are the descendants of two different people
They were both hard to compare

He promised her he'll be there forever
Now they're growing old together
How do I know so well ? Well, the "she" was me
And the "he" is the man of my dreams
