Why can't I forget you?
Why do you haunt my dreams?
Why are you the only one I want?
Why am I so weak?

I've turned my back on your light,
And still it guides my way.
I'm running to my world of shadows,
Trying to lose my path from you.

Why can't I run from you?
Why do I keep falling for you?
Why are you my hearts desire?
Why am I so weak?

The fates are so cruel,
To have bound me to you.
The Gods so unkind,
To place you in my dreams.

Why can't I lose you?
Why do you invade every thought?
Why are you my soul-mate?
Why am I so weak?

I've tried to stop loving you,
And it's tearing me in two.
I'm losing what little sanity I have,
Pining over you...

WHY AM I SO WEAK!?!?
why can't i get over you?
You were once my Savior,
Now you're my damnation.

    Without rhyming it rhymes in my head perfectly. An interesting read to which im sure many, many people can relate to - myself included.

    Your style of writing is very unique and i cant wait to read more of your works.
