I'm holding it all in,
For no one to hear.
Silent screams,
And Invisible tears.

Trying so hard to forget,
The painful memories.
But they rush back,
Too my tortured heart.

Nightmares every night,
But you call them dreams.
Wanting me to hurt,
That's what it seems to me.
