are diseased lungs
which struggle immensely
to take...

just one breath.

They're like a fairytale
that failed to fool
a heart or...

almost like a coward
love; too scared to move
forward

or like a farewell,
bittersweet.

My days without you,
are senseless
beyond imagination,

a shivering Winter sun
that melts within every
horizon...

My days without you
are like my attempts to
describe them; in vain.
