This sweet sorrow (Acrostic)

by Jenni   Aug 13, 2011

The tempest effects your
hapless vision, which
is blurry anyway,
since fog appeared.

Sanctimonious doings
wither because of
efficacious actions, that
evaporate their power, so
that hope may arise.

Seal those doubts,
obviate their win,
refuse to give up,
recognize the sun in
order to vanquish
what blurs your vision.

I must say this is a unique poem with a great message for someone with doubts (or perhaps someone who has lost courage). Each stanza is weighty and meaningful, but the last stanza carries the biggest punch:

    Seal those doubts,
    obviate their win,
    refuse to give up,
    recognize the sun in
    order to vanquish
    what blurs your vision.

A write with a great optimism for someone.
