Demons

Would you call me crazy
If I told you a story
About when I had a fight with a demon
Inside of my body ?

Trapped in a world
I didn't understand
His wish for my body
Was my command

Couldn't see out of my own eyes
Couldn't love from my heart
Draining my soul
So I would tear apart

Barely surviving
Overshadowing me
I lost control of myself
To when I couldn't breathe

I wasn't just losing myself
I was dying within
To the point that no one
Would ever see me again

He made me drink blood
When my throat got dry
Everybody thought I was crazy
But my body wasn't mine
